School Shootings!
...and? Your point is...?
Behind the steping stones of adolecense and into the world of society to define why shootings occur in schools.
Continued:
I realized then, another question, "By sending our kids to school are we failing as parents to teach our children the difference between right and wrong?" And thats where I realized something again! The DIFFERENCE between RIGHT and WRONG? Wow! There must be a difference. I'm sure of it. I've been told, "Either you're right, or you're wrong," my entire life. Could I have been fed the wrong information since I was born? Thats when I realized something else, the gray.
There becomes a gray line in the world that defines RIGHT and WRONG. Its an invisable line. Something left to the imagination. We all stand on this line everyday. Some days we're more on left (WRONG) and others we're all the way on the right (RIGHT) of it.
Does this same line exist in kids today? Do they too stand within a gray line that defines what becomes right and wrong in society? The problem I realized, wasn't the line at all. Could it have been society? Society is the problem! Blame it on the world why my kids are killing other kids! Blame it on those OTHER families because mine would never do such things!
Do you know your kids? If you answered yes to that question I don't believe you were following what I was saying. Your kids know you more than you know them. My kids know me more than I know them. Why is this?? Kids listen. Yeah, by now many of you turned your heads in shock by that remark and probably aren't reading this...but, who cares? Do you? Kids listen, plain and simple. How do you think when people are young they seem to get whatever it is they want when they want it...and sometimes they wine and fight to get it? They listen. They're told that if they do these things certain results happen.
But, school shootings?! Why would kids do those things for results? What results are they trying to achieve by killing other kids? ...that seems illogical, doesn't it? The fact is, kids kill other kids because they feel like, "Hey, I listen when you have something to say. Maybe you don't notice because you're always talking...but, I listen. I hear how the world works, and how things are...but, do you listen when I have a problem? I mean, the kind that I can't tell you out loud. Can you feel my problems? You ask me, 'Are you doing alright?' And thats when I know you're listening. But then I ask a question and you tell me, 'You don't understand,' or, 'because I said so.' What the "_" is because I said so!!?"
To answer why 'kids kill kids' is simple, you answer it by asking, "Why?"
